Shipping Methods
We ensure that your chosen artwork reaches you in perfect condition, whether it is delivered within Ukraine or across the globe
- Shipping within Ukraine:
- Nova Poshta: Delivery to branch, parcel locker, or courier delivery to your door.
- Delivery time: 1–3 business days.
- Local Pickup (Zhytomyr):
- You can collect your painting personally at our studio: 101, Chudnivska St. Zhytomyr, 10005.
- Please schedule your visit in advance by phone: +38 (098) 490-42-66.
Authenticity & Packaging
- Certificate of Authenticity (COA): Every original painting is accompanied by an Artist’s Certificate of Authenticity, confirming its origin and collectible value.
- Professional Packaging: we use reinforced five-layer cardboard, protective corners, and moisture-resistant film. Every shipment is fully insured.
Payment Methods
- Online Payment: Secure payment via the website using Visa / MasterCard.
- Direct Bank Transfer: Available upon request (Monobank / Privat24).
- Cash on Delivery: Available for shipments within Ukraine via Nova Poshta (after inspection).
- Cash: For local pickup in Zhytomyr.
Return Policy
- 14-Day Return: You have the right to return or exchange the artwork within 14 days of receipt.
- Conditions: The painting must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging with the COA included.
- Custom Orders: Please note that custom-made artworks (portraits from photos) are non-refundable, except in cases of damage during transit.
International Shipping & Quality Guarantee
Legal Export Permits: Elena Moiseenko handles all necessary documentation. Each painting undergoes a State Art Expertise, ensuring fast and legal customs clearance. Export permits typically take 3–5 business days to prepare.
- Standard Shipping: Ukrposhta (Delivery time: 10–21 business days).
- Express Shipping: DHL / FedEx (Delivery time: 3–7 business days).
- Fixed Shipping Rate: A flat rate of 1500 UAH (approx. $37 / £30 / $55 AUD) applies to international shipping (excluding canvases over 100 cm).
