If you find compelling reasons for dissatisfaction with your purchase after purchasing it, we may refund or exchange it under the terms guaranteed by the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection.” Returns or exchanges of purchased goods are only possible within 14 days of receipt.
The following conditions apply to returns and exchanges: The product has not been used by the Buyer;
The product has no signs of use, such as scuffs, chips, scratches, etc.; the product is complete and has not been damaged in packaging;
All factory tags and markings have been preserved; and documents confirming the purchase of the product have been saved;
The Buyer provides a photo of the product, the invoice, or a video (if required by the Supplier) to assist in determining the exchange or return of the product.
The product is not included in the list of goods of the corresponding quality, the return and exchange of which are restricted by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (Resolution No. 172 of March 19, 1994);
Claims will be processed within 3-5 business days from the date of receipt of the required documents from the Buyer, as specified above.
The product can be shipped to the sender’s address agreed upon by telephone with the manager.
The cost of delivery, return, or exchange is borne by the Buyer.
Parcels sent with cash on delivery, unpaid shipping, or other postal return options will not be accepted.
When returning an item and receiving a refund, the Buyer will receive the refund within 5 business days of the return being received by the supplier.
When exchanging an item for a similar one, the new item will be shipped to the Buyer within 7 business days, cash on delivery only, after the supplier receives the original.
