2. ORDER PLACEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE

3. PRICE AND PAYMENT

5.1. The purchase of a physical painting does not grant the Buyer any rights to reproduce, copy, or use the image for commercial purposes. All copyrights remain with the artist, Elena Moiseenko.
6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
6.1. The Buyer has the right to return the artwork within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.
